Replaces GTA IV's fxprojtex and vehicles.img with some of GTA V's higher quality textures.
v3 adds EFLC support, uses higher res blood textures and fixed glass bullet hole normal map (8/11/2020)

Very good, but I think you should increase the resolution of some textures,
for example the blood looks very pixelated

but only 1 blood texture is from gta 5, the rest are from gta 4, can you add all of them?
