Base car from GTA V and other parts and textures from GTA IV;

@Srockzz The car is outdated and has some bugs. It will soon be re-converted with new optimizations.

My biggest problem with this mod is how out of place it is compared with the rest of the cars in game. Suspension is too hard, too much wheel spin, etc.
So here is a handling line i made, mostly mixing attributes of the Schafter and the old Oracle. It may not be the best, but it works for me.
REBLA 1800.0 5.5 85 0.0 0.0 -0.15 0.0 5 0.17 1.0 145.0 0.25 0.68 0.5 35.0 1.20 0.95 13.5 0.15 0.48 1.8 1.2 1.2 0.14 -0.14 -0.01 0.5 1.0 1.0 0.8 1.5 0.0 25000 440080 0 0
I replaced the Rebla but you can change it to any 4 door car or truck.

Looks great! Much better than IV's ugly Oracle.
I imagine it doesn't have any extras for the gang variant in IV, but that's ok, IDK what parts would look right on it anyway.
