* Custom Clothe Textures, just copy the textures in you skins folder
* ped.ifp file, that unlock the walking, you can walking just if you have bat or fist

Dunno why the rating is so low. Actually, it is very hard to make GTA III ped using original technology. Author have surely put a lot of work into this model and it deserves 10/10 from me.

@NONWORD you can make original clothes just edit this bmp picture of this skin in paint then paste a photo of original clothes of niko
