Arle Nadja (Compile era) from Madou Monogatari / PuyoPuyo, ported to GTA 3 by spaztron64, January 14th 2021.

Installation instructions:
1) Open gta3.img with IMGtool and replace player.dff, player.txd and playerh.dff with the files in this archive.
2) Move arletex.bmp to the "skins" directory in your GTA3 installation, and pick it in the game's skin selector.
NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANDROID!!!

@Wei chun Yeah I don't do playerx.dff and playerp.dff conversions because they're pretty finicky. It's not worth doing because they only appear once in the entire game.
