You have to put ghettoSuperr.png in your desk then goes on openiv or sparkiv then goes on /pc/model/cdimage/playerped.rpf/ then double click on (head_diff_000_a_whi.wtd) it will have written replace then you just has a replace with ghettoSuperr.png on your desk.
