Описание
Steer with mouse just like Halo CE & Halo 2 vista. now you are able to control your car better and stay in your lane. using this mod, you will never loose control again.
(DONT TELL ME IT IS AN OPTION IN THE GAME! THIS MODE MAKE THE CAR TRUN TO FOLLOW THE CAMERA!
THE OPTION IN THE GAME IS LIKE A STEERING WHEEL OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT)

copy files to your GTA SA folder
how to use:
toggle tab to enable/disable
what do you need:
ASI loader

So, if you said that, I tested it: surface.dat is OVERDOSE!!! You can flip Turismo on roof doing normal, flat 90 degree corner. And after pressing TAB my game FPS drops from ~50 to 5. WTF?
